H.G. McCullough uses a square footage estimation program that was created over a 10-year period. This allows our firm to estimate the square footage of a residence prior to starting the conceptual design process. The process gives the client and the contractor the opportunity to discuss size vs. price per square foot of a structure before making the first drawings. The accuracy of our program is very successful in eliminating re-draws and revisions.
